The flexible Fanuc Arc Mate 120i is a six-axis, electric servo-driven robot and is capable of precise high-speed welding and cutting. Accuracy and performance are designed into the Arc Mate 120i for all your welding and cutting requirements.

Designed with integral utilities, and including gas/air lines with a wire feed motor cable routed inside the arc welding arm. The Arc Mate 120i offers improved reliability, reduces setup time and eliminates external cabling requirements.

The Arc Mate 120i has the option of using the RJ2 or the RJ3 controllers, and it is compatible with all major brands of welding equipment. Since it has sealed bearings and drives which provides protection and improves reliability, and the integrated controller eliminates exposed connection cables, and cable routes through the centre of axis rotation to improve reliability.
